What's my balance?
All you have to do is enroll in our online banking, get your Access ID and Password, then you can log in and view your account balance anytime you want.
Is my direct deposit in, and how much is it?
Once you log in, go to "Transactions", then "Current Business Day", and this will show anything coming through on today’s business day.
I need to make a transfer.
You can now make transfers quickly and easily online. Just log in and go to "Transfers", then "Express Transfers".
I need to place a check order.
You can do that online, too.
Can you tell me what's come through my account?
You can view your current statement and previous statements up to 2 years old. For your current statement just go to "Transactions" then "Current Statement". For previous statements go to "Documents" then you can view your last statement including images of checks by clicking on "Last Statement". If you click on "Previous Statements" there are statements WITHOUT images for the past year.
Can you tell me if this check has paid?
With the transaction search, you can search your current statement for checks, deposits, credits, etc.
Just change the Transaction Type, Sort By, and the Date. Then just hit DISPLAY.
What are your hours?
Our Lobby hours are 9-5 M-F for both locations. The Mustang Lobby is open on Saturdays from 9-12. The Rockwell location is closed on Saturdays.
How late is the drive-thru open?
Our drive-thru hours are 7:30-6:00 M-F and Sat. 7:30-12:00
